My Name is Heather and I am a Certified Transition Coach, Yoga Instructor, Mom, Life-partner and self proclaimed "Multi-passionate Entrepreneur".
I believe I was put here to support you on your “very important” journey to yourself.
Through coaching, I will support and guide you on a path that is crafted by you for you. You will begin to unearth the limiting beliefs that have held you back from your unique beauty and one-of-a-kind desires far too long.
I hold space for you to create lasting change in your life through reflection, insight, and some really hard work.
On this journey together you will turn your fears and uncertainty into fuel to craft a life that you love!
